Its not even enough to be manipulation. I'd put money on the fact they were people that bought from penny newsletter lead awhile back.. And sold because they don't know what they are doing. Nothing else makes sense. These trades barely cover the fee.

I'd say this is dead.. It's cheaper to keep it and take the capital loss at this point once the company folds.
