The only Ammended Statement of Ownership that we will see is the one stating that Magna and the other lender (i forget the name..damn!) Are out and that all their shares have been converted. Reverse split to go down to what.... 66M shares o/s? They'd be nuts to do that.

The only news that we'll be hearing Monday or Tuesday is that these guys ( http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/fonu2-inc-announces-investment-banking-agreements-20000000-acquisition-financing-30000000-otcqb-fonu-1901622.htm) will make their 20000000$ and 30000000$ financing offers available. Penny land indeed!!!
