1. A Stock at 0 is very Very bad. Suggests bankruptcy even if one is not formally filed. Total loss of investment period.

2. Website is a moo point. 6month-year you will not be given by authorities who will stop all trading well before. Only over-the-counter bids will be accepted then.

3. IMO Reverse split is necessary at some point because 1.76 billion shares is way too liquid, and it will bring the price up a little. However...

4. The Stock is not the main issue it is the way the company is managed. Even if a stock has potential it is never at 0 without a good reason. The main reason is that it is worthless and no one is interested in products or services by the company. Remember, egg comes before chicken.
