Billy, I have been thinking the same thing about the Twitter nonsense, and no safe harbor protection. Also, the way Tweety slammed the whole MJ thing down in a day tells me he had a visit or a discussion with either the SEC or the law. He has really changed courses and now seems to be operating more like a privately owned company, not a publicly traded one. Pretty strange, but we all know where it is headed.
