I think the biggest "dot" is the whole hulking military! The Honeywell/DARPA presentation (from the horse's mouth)file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/msduffy/My%20Documents/Downloads/Neumann%20Rapid%20Low%20Cost%20AM%20(2).pdf specifically states that b6Sigma's IPQA (r)WILL be used to validate models. Additionally, part of the most recent DARPA award (and being advanced to Phase II) is an emphasis on commercialization. The navy, and military in general has been toying with the idea of deploying 3D printing in the field for several years (that we know of ;))for emergency replacement parts, and has been waiting on the tech to catch up.... DARPA= military= a budget that never shrinks = $$$$$$$.

PS: There was a better presentation that was posted, but I can't seem to find it, so if you do reply back to this...

That's WAY more $$ than even 10-40 (or 200) GE machines will ever get us... not to mention more connections for our ARMS/BAM ammo. just sayin'.
