I think the answer might be why they haven't sold more shares into the market yet is because the volume of trading is almost nil. They really have no one who will buy them.I also suspect that the Porters are a little surprised at how low the pps has dropped since the R/S and would have preffered to sell at a higher price.This is only my opinion and could be wrong but then again could be right.
