Maza has majority holders that tell him what he will do by voting power.At this current pps they either had to raise the A/S multi times which in no way increased the pps most likely decreased it alot more or do the r/s to increase the pps and lower the o/s and from my understanding investment bankers ect that were hired reported back saying this was the way including the restructure 16.75 million writeoff by insiders if they really wanted to sell the company in the future.

I doubt Maza is looking for a wall plaque.I say this about the man he is the most brutal business man I've ever spoke to and beleive me in my life time I have meet many.

That's not a negative its very positive regarding the future of Intellect that's why past and current owners wanted him apart of the company.

I expect serious news very soon is all I will say.
