GTE is stating their position. Their defence is that they acted in good faith but Internafta were acting in bad faith.
There was a hint of that defensive position in a PR some time ago.
It wasn't their fault. They will try and lay the suit onto Internafta.

Only problem for GTE is that they seem to have a history of failed promises.Another may be due to go the same way with the Strat 'within 90 days a height record .........' is due now.
Naive, overenthusiastic or just plain pumping.

Lets hope they can get something real and spectacular together very soon.
