You guys, if there was a non disclosure in place we would all know. That means that they can give out all the details and information doesn't it? I mean its self explanatory "NON DISCLOSURE" See, its says it right there all the details are public knowledge. That must mean it doesn't exist because they haven't told us all the details of the agreement because if there really was a non disclosure agreement they would disclose everything to everyone. Oh wait.......
