I'm not so sure anything is up IMO.

I think, based on Hargrove/Rayman recently buying in as well, that this is a strategy perhaps developed by Bertner or mgmt to help support falling PPS. Makes me hypothesis that current IR/PR strategy may/will continue until sometime into 1st quarter 2015 when next milestone occurs.

Buying on the open market isn't tax efficient for these insiders. Stock options would be much more advantageous. Based on the fact that they are essentially running the company they could easily give more options to one another through the corporation, if they wanted more shares.
