Regarding your comments we evaluate and re-evaluate things like a buyback often and if and when things change to justify a letter or the disclosure of an action we will inform the public of our intentions.

As you probably know we hired a couple firms during the last couple quarters to help with some awareness and they were unfortunately not successful.  At this time we are looking for other companies to work with regarding PR and awareness while we consider which news and updates are relevant.  Every time we update the public about something they always seem to want something different or more so we don’t want to spend money on PR sharing the same information that no one seems to care about.  We understand now unfortunately the market doesn’t care much about a solid established company doing $12 million in revenue.  What they want is something more exciting and expandable.  

We are still talking with companies in the cannabis space and some outside the space and when or if we close anything we will disclose it.  We want to share as much as possible as often as possible but we also want it to have a purpose like explaining or introducing something new or different and not just talking about our regular ongoing business which has been around for 17 years now.

We have a lot of clients and do a lot of business and create a lot of revenue and profits but everyone already knows that so we need to complete some of these newer deals to justify expand our marketing.

We want the stock price to go up as much or more than all the shareholders do but we also want it to stay high and not just go up for  day or two and then come back.  That is way we are trying to work on some of these newer deals to create some new opportunities.

We have had discussions with a few bigger companies to buy us and/or for us to buy other companies - we are looking at all options and will continue looking for all options.
We have also spoken with a number of potential larger investors to see if there is something that would make sense for everyone.
Like all deals each side has their own opinions of value and structure and we will continue to see if any or all of theses things can happen or not.

The key with packaging and cannabis in our opinion is getting our patent and certification with our manufacturer in China for the child resistant pouches and other similar opportunities.  This process has already begun but we don’t know exactly how long it will take and if we will be approved for this specific design.

We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to consider a number of different things to help increase shareholder value.
