Post reverse spilt.. Hell even pre spilt.. Total dollars traded have been next to nothing.. Scam or no scam this will bounce either way.. Nature of the OTC. Q filing and 8k cost money.. They chose to file on time rather than pay rent it seems..
Cinci closing could be a blessing for them as the TCA deal was backed by it which was a separate subsidiary.. Ironic how it played out..seems as if common holders and others that helped the company are not the only ones to suffer deep loses...

Still watching on the side line.. Has a bit more to fall IMO.
