In Regards to your quote below concerning the jury:

(imo) If there is an S.E.C. investigation ( and I wouldn't doubt JnJ requesting one ) then I believe there to be an Above Average, in Depth study of DECN, (as oppossed to one company against another) considering that it would be a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION (imo).

... and JnJ can stall it Long Enough for that to be completed (imo),

.... and so (imo) a jury may get a chance to see evidence collected by THE FED's against DECN and Decide in Johnson & Johnson's Favor (imo)

.....and (imo) DECN may feel the same way, As it appears to me by your Post , that DECN may NOT go to Trial...( imo) .......LOL
