JB, by joining in with PEMCO has gotten into what would seem to be a dilemma..the terms of the latest loan to CDEX assures its inability to meet those terms. No way it can be done. All CDEX has to sell besides BOOLSHEET and SHARES is the IG4.. now disgraced by repeated lies. Not marketable.

So not only is CDEX destined to fail...the CEO is helping to assure that failure.. all probably illegal..in case someone with standing wants to pursue prosecution...but no worries, JB..THAT won't happen.

Unless the ANGELS do it. They are really the only ones with enough dog in the hunt to have standing.. It is likely that they have ASSURED you that they won't... LOL!!
