Highest and best evidence rule to test credence is often observed by the judiciary.

In reference to the question of JBs long involvement with CDEX;

Cisco claims to have had personal contact with him back circa 2001 re the infamous CDEX stock swap scheme.

The loan made to CDEX via Griffin was substantial even at 33 percent. Which is strong evidence that JB was well acquainted with CDEX prior to that time. There was more than the lure of 33 percent involved. Obviously.

That MP set JB up to become CEO is also obvious. The timing is revealing. JB was involved in his own personal BK at the time MP appointed the interim CEO. That interim CEO had been involved with Griffin before in a scam. Both bailed out by MP. As soon as JB got disentangled from That BK, he was selected as CDEX CEO..

At least one prominent TOUT of CDEX had long predicted that a person with some substantial monetary/connections clout was interested in becoming CEO. !@#$%^&*!!! That is strong evidence that JB was involved with CDEX from way back. Not just as a chance investment at 33 percent loanshark loan. He was joined in that belief by another CDEX activist famous for his "NEXT year" predictions.

As was pointed out by a poster here, a simple denial by Streetie is not more than unsubstantiated drivel.
