2. Expenses and proceeds of litigation.
Where a suit or suits have been brought by Licensee, Licensee shall maintain the litigation at its own expense and shall keep any judgments and awards arising from these suits expecting that



Was this your typo? Should the word be "excepting"? Or, did the contract using the word "expecting"?
