Don Willis and ? . . . . . .

I have received a few questions that typically say "potpourri instead of energy?" I have replied to those privately as they have come in, but since it has been asked several times and I have addressed it before but I wanted to take a moment to explain in a bit more detail how it came about.

Our direction is a farm to power plant philosophy. The energy industry is moving from coal to biomass. To be a leader in that market means being involved in agriculture as well as power. To accomplish that our goal was to use the paper pellet as an organic delivery system. We decided the easiest way to test whether or not that was possible was to devise a method of seeing or smelling the results. What we discovered was that their is a brief moment in the creation of the pellet, that the paper undergoes a process called liquefaction. Although the paper is not a liquid, there is an instant during the process where, between the heat and the pressure, the paper behaves like a liquid rather than a solid. During that instant Avogadro's law regarding the dispersion of like particles applies. This made our goal of using a paper pellet for the introduction of fertilizers, micro nutrients, minerals, etc. possible. The side discovery from this research was that we could also make potpourri from paper pellets. The reason we kept it as a product line rather than discard it after completing the research was that the product is very profitable. Most items we enjoy in society today were discovered while researching something else. The potpourri product is no different. So it is not a change in direction or philosophy. It was simply an accidental discovery while we were researching something else. - Don

Paul E Lyons Stocks flatlined--------------- when is the split happening so i can feel 1% better

Daniel O'Connor A split in the absence any new positive information is a recipe for disaster. We need management to deliver on promises, and generate some revenue in Q1. Managements inability to deliver on past promises is the very reason we are at the price we are. We need positive news with a actionable plan for the next 12 months(i.e. install 2 more pellet production lines to produce blank pellet). We need national distribution. Pellet plants with no distribution = inventory, and inventory will lead to mark downs and losses. What we need is execution on short term objectives which will start to rebuild trust, and with trust you will see the share price recover. This will lead to attracting new investors Just my .02
