The Hodges, other insiders and the Trust set up the perfect legal scam. Pay everyone off the top and don't file with the SEC. Surprised with all the government contracts someone has not questioned that. Does anyone believe they get a Government contract without proving they can support the services?
As I have said many times, I believe they have been auditing the financials but not releasing them to the public. And for the cost BS they once claimed, they have connections to CPA's who can and have done audited financials for shares.
