Did they pick up more shares than it took to get the pps here? Yes, and if you look at the chart... the majority of shares traded at near lows were BUYS not sells. If we see a "flash" 10% or lower on huge volume... they grabbed the stupid they are looking for. Set your buy orders and trade like the MMs. Go back and look at the pps of MNKD right before their FDA approval. Exact same scenario may play out here.
