Supreme Court ruling may be near. Two cases heard the week before MNTA were decided this week. Today is last argument day of the year. One more conference day scheduled for Friday.

There is one BIG difference between the decided cases though - they were unanimous - the MNTA case based on observers - suggested a split decision which may be cause for delay.

In any case the backlog is being worked through - IMO a decision is possible as early as next week.
