This PR today scares the heck out of me. Since it came this morning, but did not mention how it was to be funded, we will probably find that out after market close. I can see PPHM announcing a Pipe to fund the expansion. This of course would cause PPS to plummet. Our future owners step in as a partner at first, then full acquisition after approval. They now have a fully owned asset that did not cost them anything, but was carried on the back of us longs.
