Every time the $VIX is going above 17% I'm writing condors. this is one of my math rules.

Sell 100( it's around $40,000 margin so do what you can if you take this one)

Sell 100 $SPY 185-220 Iron Condors for $5,700 Income and 7% insurance either move in till Jan15

Sell 190 Put Buy 185 Put
Sell 215 Call Buy 220 Call

Rule number one guys - VIX above $17, you write Iron Condor and take advantage of the markets coming down soon.

Works every time past 7 years until it doesn't :)
