LOL! How hard was it for JB to keep off the radar screen prior to his CDEx buy-in and appearance in the SEC filings in 2004? Just because he didn't show up in the filings doesn't prove he wasn't involved with the scam earlier.

JB wasn't involved until he appeared in the SEC filings? LOL Yeah right.
