IL Padrino. Is this an option?
Just forget the share price for awhile and focus on getting the company back on track. It seems that QTN is making progress and we are gaining carriage. Then, when funds become available, begin to buyback and retire shares. That would be the best option for current shareholders assuming we are willing to wait it out. Seems like a good option for the company also to me since a r/s would do a lot of damage to the company image and hinder gaining future shareholders.
