Actually, the sell-buy ratio of shares are 17 million shares bought to 12 million shares sold...

17 million shares of the total 32 million shares traded after 2 hours of trading were traded in the first half hour at the open. Not exactly the kind of volume that is going to move the PPS with a 3.2 billion float...

A 10% increase is always good in the PPS, especially with the way that the stock has been manipulated over the last few months... AJMHO, of course, FWIW
