If my math is correct, with 788mm outstanding, after the reverse there will be 3,940,000 shares outstanding. With a net income of $1,395,606.00 in the third quarter, that is $0.3542 per share times a conservative industry multiple of 12, NAS should trade around $4.25 per share post split! Is this right?
