If I can ask a stupid question, what do you hope to gain by alerting the SEC. If DCLT is not involved, it won't matter, SEC will destroy them, the investors in DCLT will gain nothing, in fact they stand to lose everything. I honestly don't know the answer that's why I'm asking.
