look, we are already down 99%. So what if Fan redilutes, we have already lost, and if he DOESN'T redilute, guess what, he is doing what needs to be done, getting the O/S to a manageable level so the stock can actually trade. everyone calm down and give Fan a chance. If you are leary of him, then just don't buy any more shares, that simple, but at least give him a chance.
