Your logic is flawed..if the co. did it the "correct" way then we would should have never reached .0001 for a buyback of those shares..another way to look at it is, the "correct" way is exactly what they did (diluted at higher levels) but in order to reach these lows for a buyback, it was done this way...all theoretical bs but fun to watch
