First off; I am a long with 8.1 mil shares at around .0022. I suspect there is no way around an R/S, even if many of those shares are restricted. I think the technology is UNBEATABLE, but this is all designed around REGEN (Doc Vics Private practice) and the ANDREWS INSTITUTE, (he's here for a profit too) and that's where the profit will go. Us longs (penny stock speculators) are gonna be left HOLDING AN EMPTY BAG. A Spinnoff, with dividends,or possible JV/BUYOUT buy Big Pharma, is the only hope I see. The $2500 stated as money that will go to SVFC for each servive performed? Whats the fine print say? $2,000 of that goes back to REGEN and The Andrews Institute? IMO
