Also if I can add to this----I don't know how it's done overseas, but here it doesn't matter what the "vis rate" is.
I know because I have oil wells on my property and I get paid what ever the nat. average is for that day.
Also, condinsation or disalit or drip whatever you want to call it, sells for the same price as a barrel of oil and it has a real low vis rate. Like water!!
