Ok, that is pretty much the information that I was looking for. The outlook is pretty grim judging from this info. Still you got bidders wanting between .4 to .5 billion share at .0001 bid.

Another thing Southridge holds no Shares the last I saw but do own lots of convertible notes I think totaling as much as 280k$


So there may not be the sort of dumping like the last time pre split.
But thanks for sharing and good luck. I guess if this is as bad as it seems then I won't be trading any pinks or otc again.

But I'm not going to let it ruin my days. I made a bad play and that will be the sum of it.
