He may be a scumbag, or he may not. You are most likely right, but it really should not matter. You can't trust any of these sub-penny "CEO's" and even if you could, the chances of them succeeding in building anything more than a reverse split and/ or pump and dump machine is VERY small. I would recommend that no one ever enter a sub-penny such as this as an "investment." These things are great for TRADING, day or swing, but that is it!! The risk is FAR to high for any penny stock, let alone some super sub-penny!! Get in, get out, take profit.
