Missed you all today, but busy at my day job (not for long though:)

Based on when I believe this S-1 process started I thought last week was our best case "earliest" effective date, but I would be shocked if this wasn't SEC approved/effective by the 19th of this month and Mr. Vasquez is on a plane, on TV and/or in a box with a fox for the following two weeks selling this to the BIG money investors!!!
