Begs the question, who is the mergers and acquisitions "consultant" and what is the name of this "investment banking firm"?

Wonder what kind of services they are providing for the betterment of SMKY? Assisting with the selling of discounted shares issued for accumulated debt relief?

What ever happened with that 30M non-toxic financing coming? The most current filing stated they are seeking 1.5M. I guess that 8-K regarding 30M in non-toxic financing was just another ploy to fire up the scam again.Feintech?
