I am 100% certain certain that no one has taken the time to examine the dead Attorney letter from Greg Mugg from January 30, 2014 to the Opinion letter Mugg did August 31, 2010.

I used Copyscape (a way to check for Plagiarism) to compare the two documents and the results were very interesting.

Although they were supposed to be completed close to 4 years apart - the documents were 93% identical.

So, we know that someone and the SEC can find this out - did a copy and paste of the old document but didn't know Mugg had died.

And now the last Attorney to do a opinion letter for GRCU has been indicted again for fraud.
