I can tell you EXACTLY what is happening here. I think the company is starting to prepare to think about maybe doing some mining if the sky turns yellow on tuesday and the moon explodes and crashes into the mine location and exposes pure gold. Then they might pick up a few chuncks and sell it. The money of course will be used to better the lives of the kind hard working local people, and as always shareholders will not even hear about it. IMO
