Ive been rippin 5 miles at 7am since September of
2010 and I don't even think water,I think what the hell
am I doing when there is 3-6 inches of snow on the ground
and its 20 below,but then whatcha going to do Im already
3 miles from home,I have seen some of the Larger runners with
there little bottles strapped around there waist,i suppose
they could fill them with L'Alpina if they are worried about
needing something to help them make it to their destination......
