They want to limit Scott and Dan’s ability to use the remaining A.S. for funding company objectives.

This sounds like something that would raise the PPS not lower it.

I personally do not have an issue with the dilution here other than they did not use the money properly. If they had they would have a compliant resource already.

I am a firm believer in dilution as long as every $100 in dilution adds $101 or more in asset value.

The only person who has limited SRSRs ability was the CEO.

Scott spent millions (mostly of Dans money) and grew the asset value here by nothing. That is who has lowered the share price. Not ihub postings

Even Dan would agree with that or he would not be where he is now. He would still be posting here and the CEO would be doing what Dan is now doing.
