Been doing this for 20 yrs don't need advice but other sure do. It wants to go up as any nut can see so let it go until it don't want to go then sell. Nothing matters but the trend until that trend is broken. Charts, filings, rumors and even news don't matter just the trend. As you stated this is OTC so nothing is what it seems not even you. GLTA
