I don't doubt that someone could take for example a s-dna code put on a nike tennis shoe and copy it exactly, however the counterfeiter will not know how often the Nike company changes that code. My opinion is that a company like Nike would put a separate s-dna code on their product in lots. The lots would be idendified by date, location where the product was manufacturered, the products destination, etc. So although someone could duplicate the code, they would be caught because their counterfeit products could be scanned in the market place and found to have the wrong s-dna code for that particular market. The kmack system is what is recordkeeping for all s-dna codes and the product information for each code, they will not have access to that system.
