Do not be deceived...there are reasons why VFIN has been sitting on the ask at $.0126 for several days...WAITING for the PPS to come to him with his normally seen 10,000 shares offered.

May we see just how many shares will have to be bought before he is moved off the ask...and, if done so, will he just set up a road block with a higher PPS offer... AJMHO, of course, FWIW
