What I believe is Frank and Bob followed their business plan. F&B are in " business" to money. A scam has a life cycle. The r/s is the end game. Lost 400 bucks here. Could of been worse, if I were foolish enough to think for a second this was anything other than a scam run by pro's. Maybe for XMAS a story will come out with Frank and Bob pictured in handcuffs.
