Not only non-operated but did you see where it reads 1000 acres net divided among 80 leases. That equals only 12.5 acres per lease. That sure seems like a small plot of ground to go chasing oil. I realize they say they will use horizontal drilling but all the companies I know of use seismic testing BEFORE acquiring the drill site to drill horizontal wells. In other words, they know where to poke the holes. It appears Sandbox Tesarski/Treaty Energy have Sandboxed themselves in by doing things backasswards imo.
