The JK energy merger shares were issued Sept 30, precisely last day of Q3.

9 months prior in latest Q report, they have 1.2m rev on the book, yes they have some non dilutive loan liabilities for now

Now, they will have full Q with JK energy revenue on the books for Q4, my guess Q4 gets filed late Jan, early Feb

yes, this one does move on air, the spike to .03 in July happened in 20 minutes time span right before close

hopefully some here who are following can get nicely positioned on bid prices
