Condensate ... caught my interest as condensate is less likely to need flow improvement, being very light to begin with vs "highly diluted bitumen" or crude



10% of flow improvement on condensate or 10% on crude is 10% of pipeline productivity gain.
The answer resides in the physics at the molecular level.
Apparently KM does not totally agree with you ...
