Well well well! You certainly don't have a problem coming out swinging.
It's old news about COPI, Brookstein, lawsuit and dilution. The lack of filed fins have definitely hurt. No question. Management knows it. The dilution has ended. OS and float have remained unchanged.
The company has demo'd continue growth quarter or quarter and you would know this if you've actually done some DD instead of just throwing out what you think is fact.
