And it's a small WI... And likely just more Treaty Bullshit. What oil company worth thier salt could take Treaty Energy seriously??? Treaty needs 5 million bucks, and I have never heard of a deal that backdates the closing back 5 months that has now become 6. WI?? Treaty never pays thier bills as TNC, Heart land drilling, Anderson Perforating and US. Fuels all found out along with many, many more contractors... Just like the 500 well drilling program in LA it will never happen. The rig, the only one Treaty owns, that was supposedly going to drill those wells is STILL siting in the same yard it was when that PR came out. And that is a FACT.
