Actually, this is high volume for this company. If they aren't putting out news there are often no shares traded. If they're putting out news, it appears that it's pretty much always a pump and dump of some sort, some sort of scam. On a good day only a few grand worth of this stock will trade. Most days none trades or just a few bucks worth trades. Occasionally you'll see $10 worth or some other low amount will trade at a higher price on what would otherwise be a no volume day. You see a lot of just before market closing "paint jobs" too. It appears that someone is trying to keep the price up at least a little so they can unload more and more shares of this dog. My guess is insiders need to pay their bills and that the company has paid so many off with shares in their worthless company that we'll see this selling continue for a while. And do you think they would really buy back $200,000 grand worth of this stock? Where are they going to get that kind of money? They don't have anything. If they did their judgment creditors would take it from them. They owe millions and don't appear to ever pay anything on those judgments that have been accruing interest for years.
