You're right.

People have to look at the overall picture and not just small $ trades on the bid.

$150 (and in some cases, much less) worth here and there is a drop in the bucket. It's either people with $150 trying to make $50 (big spenders) or someone trying to incite a small sell-off so they can grab more shares back at a lower price.
